Sunday February 24th at 1pm - Paul Hiscock boat naming ceremony
Paul Hiscock – or ‘Hissie’ as he was affectionately known by many – sadly passed away in November
2006 and was a much-valued friend of all of us at City of Oxford Rowing Club. His contribution to the club and our members
was huge and so it is with much pleasure the club announces the naming of a new eight that we have been able to buy in his
memory thanks to extremely generous donations from Paul’s friends, family and colleagues. Please join us and Paul’s
family in celebrating Paul’s contribution to us all at the naming, which will be followed by a buffet lunch in the club
bar.
