The City of Oxford Rowing Club has a thriving and successful Junior squad. Our coaches are volunteers who are inspired by seeing juniors develop in the sport.
This squad includes junior athletes up to and including J17s. The training emphasis is on good technique and training to race, and we've had good success in all our events. We train 4 times a week on average and this includes the famous Sunday morning heads.
